Date: Tuesday, August 8, 2017, lO a.m.- 6 p.m.
Location: Algoma High School
1715 Division St. MS/HS Cafeteria – Please enter the building at the cafeteria door entrance.

The following fees are required to be paid at Forms and Fees Day:
(Please note: Fees are subject to change.)

Registration Fee:
K – 8th Grade – $10.00
9th – 12th Grade – $50.00

Lunch Account:
K- 6th Grade – $2.55 per meal
7th – 12th Grade – $2.95 per meal

Checks or cash will be accepted and a receipt will be provided.

You will also be asked to update student records.

Forms and Fees Day is for ALL students – new and currently enrolled students – planning
to attend the Algoma School District for the 2017-18 school year.

Reminder: A new Free/Reduced Lunch Application needs to be accurately filled out and
turned in to the Business Office before the first day of school EACH YEAR to avoid any
hot lunch charges. The application will be available on the school website and in the
school office.
