Ski Club Meeting
Those interested in Ski Club should attend the meeting on Tuesday, Oct. 16th at break in the Little Theater. You will be signing up, getting fruit forms, and getting additional information and forms. Guy will also be in the commons before school.
Flu Vaccine Available
On Tuesday, Oct. 16th, there will be a flu vaccine clinic taking place at that HS beginning at 1:30. Consent forms have been sent home with the students and are required for administration. Completed forms should be returned by Mon., Oct. 15th. See Nurse Kari with questions or for additional forms.
Auditions for The Addams Family are taking place on Wednesday, October 17th from 3:30-6:00 in the little theater. Plan to sign up for a 10 minute time slot outside the choir room. Audition materials and the rehearsal schedule can be found by joining our google classroom 6f8k7le.
Algoma Award Jackets
Anyone interested in ordering an Algoma Award Jacket should pick up order forms in the office. Sale price ends Friday, Oct. 19th.
Leadership Through High Adventure
All Juniors who are interested in taking Leadership Through High Adventure (the trip out west) this summer must attend the informational meeting on Tuesday, Oct. 23rd in the Little Theater at 6:30. Students need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian. See Mr. Nelson if you have any questions.
Crescent Beach Planting Project
You are invited to participate in a fall planting project at Crescent Beach on Saturday, October 27th from 8:00 a.m. – Noon (rain date Sunday, October 28). Volunteers will plant beach grass on the south end of Crescent Beach to protect the beach from erosion & create wildlife habitat. Stay for the morning or as long as your schedule permits and earn community service hours! Snacks will be provided. Kewaunee County Fair Ambassadors
Once again Kewaunee County Fair Board is searching for ambassadors for the 2019 Fair who are confident and have a passion for their fair and community. There are entry forms in the high school office. Entry deadline is November 1st. Did I mention you could win a $750 scholarship!

Friends and Fiber
Like to crochet or knit? Or would you like to learn how? Then join our Friends and Fiber group!
We will be meeting on Tuesdays from 3:30 – 5:00 in the Wellness Center Atrium. It’s free and we will provide you with the materials to help you get started. Please see Mrs. Lemberger or Ms. Kulm for more information.
Kajeet Wireless Hot Spots
Kajeet Smartspots (wireless hot spots) are now available for check out if you need internet access at home to complete your school work. Email Mr. Duerst your request. firstname.lastname@example.org Make sure to give him enough notice to get the device prepared for you. He will email you back once it is ready for pickup in the high school office. Also, if you need to check out a laptop, follow the same process.
Don’t forget to fill out the half GREEN sheet in the office when requesting your transcripts be sent to the schools you list. You can put more than one school on one sheet.
