Algoma Public School District Invitation to Bid on Surplus Property
The Algoma Public School District will be accepting bids on the surplus property listed on the bid form here.
Bid forms must be placed in a sealed envelope with “Surplus Property Bid” written on the front of the envelope. Bids must be received by 1:00 PM (1:30 PM opening), Wednesday, June 30th, 2021 at The Algoma School District; 1715 Division Street Algoma, WI 54201.
This surplus property can be inspected from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM Monday through Thursday at the Algoma High School garage located at 1715 Division Street Algoma, WI 54201. Inquiries regarding the property can be addressed to Jason Melotte at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Successful bidders will be contacted on Thursday July 1, 2021. Successful bidders will have until Wednesday, July 7th, 2021 to make payment in the form of cash or cashier’s check and take possession of property. Successful bidders will be required to transfer titles as applicable.
The Algoma School District reserves the right to reject any and all bids. If we have more than 1 of the same item, the highest bidder will get to select first and then the second highest and so on until we no longer have any items left. The surplus property is to be sold “as is” .
