Tune-in via Facebook: All-America City Awards on Wednesday, August 19, 2020 at 11:55AM (10:55AM Mountain time) to watch the live presentation!

This year 18 cities in the United States were selected as finalists. Each city was selected because they have demonstrated civic engagement practices that are inspirational, inclusive and promising in their ability to unite community members to collectively and collaboratively help solve their city’s most pressing and complex issues.

This year’s particular focus is on cities who have enhanced health and well-being through civic engagement. Live Algoma, powered by the Algoma School District, was selected to compete and will spotlight three community initiatives: Algoma Wolf Tech, Algoma Community Wellness Center, and Wolf Den.

All finalist cities will participate in a live performance in front of a national jury, and 10 cities will be chosen to receive the 2020 All-America City Award!

You can also participate in the entire event through the online platform using our code: ALGOMA (all caps). View the complete event agenda here.

Exciting things for Algoma, and so very much to be proud of.
